2 kids for a day...

Tuesday I got to see what it would be like to have two kids for a day. Avery's cousin,Dawson came to play with us for a day. Avery was sooo excited to have someone to play with. It was rainy so we had to play inside all day. They rode Averys cars, colored,and played together with bubbles and toys. It was fun. Of course I took pictures of her first all day playdate. he he. They had such a great time. As for me... it wasnt as bad as I thought it could be. I have to say it was kinda nice to have someone to entertain Avery other than me. he he. Of course when Zach came home he says, see she needs a baby bother or sister to play with. EKKKKKKK...maybe in a year or so honey..HA

Mom's birthday..

Avery and I have been sick so we stayed in this weekend except on sunday we celebrated my moms birthday. Here are a few pics from then.

when we got home she wanted daddy's shirt so she got it. HA

14 months

Avery turned 14 months yesterday. She is such a little character and is starting to pick up everything we do or say. Unfortunaly we had to take her to the doctor yesterday because she has had a low grade temp for about two weeks. I originally thought it was her teeth so didnt think much of it. After many tests,we found out NOTHING!! Everything was normal. So it might be her teeth still. We are having to watch her to see how she does.

whats going on in Avery's world:

-knows where her ear, nose,eyes, hair, belly button, and feet are. Nods for yes and no. and no's arms up
-can read her name, clap, and arms up
-helps mommy clean. She watches me clean the floor and always wants to clean the floor with me. When she find a piece of something on the floor, she goes and puts it in the trash for me.LOL
-says ma ma, da da, shoes..(comes out shhhhhh), whose that,baby,yum,cracker sometimes,and more and of course other times we can make out
-can sign "more"
-LOVES books
-LOVES to dance. will dance in the car all the time
-finally graduated to a big girl car seat. She didnt weigh enough until now.
-weighs 21 lbs. 14 oz.
-STILL loves doing itsy bitsy spider with her hands and LOVES Elmo like no other.
-Loves putting her shoes on. Always goes and gets them and tries to put them on.
-STILL loves her baby so much. She now tries to wrap up her baby in a blanket to keep her warm.
-Still a princess and knows it by doing her princess head tilt.
-Tries to sings to music. SOOOOOO cute
-has 12 teeth
-loves other kids. She gets so excited when she sees a baby or another kid where ever we are.
-her hair is getting so long I dont know what to do with it. I think its time for a haircut
-gets into everything including my tampons.HA (see pic below)
-eats so much. I dont know where she puts it. LOL


(I know there is tons more but that is all I can think of right now..)

Brad Paisley & Dierks Bentley Concert

Friday Night Zach and I went to see Brad Paisley and Dierks Bentley. It was an AWESOME concert. Dierks Bentley was GREAT with the Crowd and and so good Live.Brad Paisley was funny, AWESOME Live, and mannnnn he can play that guitar. Im so glad we went. We have been trying to get to see him for so long. The blisters on my feet from the hike to the Pavillion are sooo worth seeing him. (Note to self.. next time dont wear heels.)Zach had to carry be back to the truck because I couldn't walk. I hadn't been to the Cynthia Woods Mitchel Pavillion in about 5 years when I went to see Dave Matthews Band and I totally forgot about how much walking you have to do to get there. UGHHH I will definaley remember now.LOL All in all, we had a blast and will definitely be going to more concerts of him.. FOR SURE!!! As for Avery, she got to have a sleep over at Dee Dee and Pa's. We got to sleep til 10:30. We havent done that since I dont know when. We missed her sooo much and are glad to have her home with us again..Its just not the same without little A.

2 year Anniversary!!

Yesterday was Zach and I's 2 year anniversary. Two years ago I married the man of my dreams. He is a wonderful husband, father and best friend. I am very blessed to have such an amazing man in my life. Although marriage is a job in itself, i have become a better woman because of it. Through all our trials we go through, we still have the love that we had the day we joined as one. I love this man with all my heart and am so very blessed I get to spend the rest of my life with him. We are going to see Brad Paisley on friday for our anniversary. If you dont already know, our song is "She's everything". I am super excited. I just hope it doesnt rain. Zach grilled steak and chicken for me last night and bought me flowers, eventhough we said we werent gonna get anything for each other since we got the tickets intead.. silly boy.. Anyways. Happy Anniversary Babe. I love you with all my heart and so does Little A.
